Loc’myplace is designed to make renting in Brussels more efficient and less stressful for both tenants and landlords. We believe finding a home or a tenant shouldn’t be a frustrating, time-consuming process.

Instead of endless searching, we reverse the dynamic: tenants just tell us what they are looking for and receive rental proposals directly from landlords, while landlords get a curated list of potential tenants actively searching for similar properties.

We’re a small team of passionate developers based in Brussels, dedicated to making the rental process smoother and more efficient.
